About me:
I am 59 and have been retired for 3 years. My husband Jim built me a greenhouse in 2003 which forced me to pursue my love for gardening. I became a member of the Northwest Farmers Market in 2004. All produce sold at the market is homegrown. Since I couldn't compete with the bigger farmers I sold salad fixin's, herbs, and bouquets. Currently I am in the process of getting licensed to sell my homemade veggie juice.

Apple Crisp I

Reviewed on Jun. 13, 2008 by SweetToothTiff
Not only was this easy to make it was sooooooo good. I could eat the whole thing myself. As the other reviewers said 4 big apples are enough for the 8 inch pan. This is a keeper.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed on Jun. 13, 2008 by SweetToothTiff
This was very easy to make. I used two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup instead of the Cream of Chicken soup. This recipe is a keeper. My whole family enjoyed it.
