About me:
I learned to cook in Rio de Janerio, Brazil where I lived for some 5 years. A neighbor (a restaurant owner) asked my to help his son speak English better, and I asked him if I could work in his kitchen. I eventually was "promoted" to "seafood chef" - I later opened a restaurant in Pennsylvania when I returned to the USA

About me: I'm not a chef. I'm not a baker. I'm a neurotic former English major who loves food, and feeding people, with a zen-like passion. Can passion be zen-like?

Farfalle with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon

Reviewed on Aug. 21, 2008 by Dr.SWB
Very light and refreshing meal! I used baked fresh salmon, added red onion and diced tomatoes; exchanged toasted pine nuts for pistachios, because that's what I had around the house. Husband loved it, and he's a picky seafood eater.

A hit everytime! This is super easy, and looks complicated and it tastes amazing. Highly fattening, but it is yummy.
