Cranberry Sauce I
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
Oh my gosh...I just made this and it is TERRIFIC! It has a little tartness and that orange-y sweetness...I'll never buy canned again, that's for sure.

Magic Wands
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
These were a tasty treat, although I wasn't successful with the presentation (in fact, mine turned out quite ugly). Regardless, I loved the salty/sweet combination. Thanks.

Out of this World Turkey Brine
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
I'm not sure if its the brine or the upside down cooking method i used but the combo of the 2 of them made one heck of a moist turkey that I wont ever NOT be brining!

Upside Down Turkey
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
I will NEVER make a turkey the "correct" way again. The breast turned out super juicy and very yummy. I have found a new way of roasting. I rubbed some butter and garlic salt under the breast skin. (i didnt add the water to the pan and it was fine). I roasted it cover for the whole time. And then let it cook covered for about 40 min before carving.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
The only regret i have is not trying this sooner!!! I absi=olutely loved this recipe and will make it over and over and over. I baked the tortillas and served it with a combo of 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 salsa. Top 5 off AR i've tried.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
Followed the recipe to a T and the taste of the cream cheese awas over powering. I would try this again but use yogurt instead. I thought this was going to a thin sauce but instead came out thick.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
I wont try this again. I followed the recipe to a T and the cottege cheese didnt melt properly. I thought the taste was good but the texture was not something I cared for at all. A bit grainy and the cottege cheese curds were odd.

Cranberry Sauce I
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
I'm a huge cranberry sauce fan and this is excellent. I used half orange juice and half water (since my orange juice came straight from an orange). Used 1/2 white sugar and half brown. I didnt read the directions and dumped everyhing in the pot and started to cook it. I let it cook about 30 so i could thicken and all the cranberries could pop.

Ultimate Party Meatballs

This is a great recipe and would be 4 stars if homemade meatballs were used. Also, try adding a can of sauerkraut to the sauce - yum!

Colombian Stewed Flank
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
We liked this-the long stewing process made the flank steak very tender and flavorful. I served it over rice with a side of black beans.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Reviewed:
Nov. 17, 2008
Great dip. Goes over extremely well with everyone! Tastes just like wings. I used the small bottle of Frank's and that was enough. Don't use the canned chicked, either do crockpot, pan fried or boiled.
