Norwegian Pancakes - Pannekaken

In Norway, we always eat these with blueberry jam and/or sugar. That's the traditional way in my family and everyone else I know! And every tuesday is pancake-day:-) Try homemade blueberry jam, that's just wonderful.

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

This was excellent but very, very rich! I don't have a fondue set so I just melted everything in the Slow Cooker and took it to the table. Cut up all kinds of veges & grilled meats to dip with but my favourite was the bread.

Honey Orange Basil Chicken

Used this for chicken kabobs, and it made the chunks very moist and tender. All I could taste was orange though, so I'm not sure what the point of the parsley and basil is. Will have to tweak it a bit more, maybe with garlic and grated onion.
